The food is good, with decent variety, though there's room for improvement in taste and consistency. Overall, a memorable and peaceful experience with the holy river just steps away.

Very good experience staying in this hotel. There is nothing to not like given the hotel is on the banks of the Ganges, our room the Himalaya suite had a projected balcony like sit out that also served as a big bed. You can view the Parmarth sit right outside the room balcony where the aarti is done. The ghat off the back of the hotel is cleanly maintained. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The food at the hotel was good as well. The hotel did not have a lift but then i guess it is a basement plus ground and 1st floor structure. Simple set up, all good.

must say best place to stay..ghat is accessible anytime you can go and sit cafe is beautiful..and hospitality is really good very close to parmarth and taxi stand..

Pleasant and helpful staff. Ganga outside the window. The furniture is a bit old and can be replaced, perhaps. But other than that, all good. Value for money.

The Neeraj Ganga Heritage Palace, Rishikesh is a great and beautiful hotel. The interior decoration is charming. The beauty of its surroundings and its location on the banks of the Ganga has added to its speciality. Its rooms are very beautiful. But their bathrooms need some attention.The bathrooms are very small. It is difficult to take a bath. Staff is well behaved. Whenever I called the reception they immediately attended to my request and fulfilled it. Thanks to the staff members. The canteen is very nice and its arrangement is excellent. Everyone in the canteen staff is very well behaved. But I felt that Sanjay Ji takes great pleasure in serving his customers. Undoubtedly, he is expert in his work. In the end I would say that I paid for staying in the hotel but in return I also received their full services. We are senior citizens. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied.

The property's location was itself so nice because river ganga was right in front of the property the food was excellent the staff was also good at hospitality and all the services were also good
